Trade Show Booth for All Our Minds at NAMM Show 2024

Here’s a look at a trade show booth we custom built and installed for All Our Minds at NAAM Show 2024.

Organized by the National Association of Music Merchants, NAMM Show is a premier event for music, sound, entertainment technology professionals. It was taking place from Thursday, January 25th, to Sunday, January 28th, 2024, at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, CA.

PLANNING
Our client, British electronic music tech company All Our Minds, wanted to launch their company at NAMM with an industrial, futuristic booth that would look like a box with a “big reveal” element.

We designed a metallic, dual function space functioning as their studio and storage, draped in luxurious velvet for a dramatic unveiling. Black dominated the exterior with black astroturf flooring, black MOLO stools, and black planters showcasing vibrant greenery. Inside, a stark contrast emerged with an all-white setting lined with lighted MOLO walls and filled with sleek furniture and electronics.

BUILDING THE DISPLAY

The dual-function space was built with double-sided wall panels, their seams filled and sanded for a smooth, seamless look. The exterior gleamed with two coats of metallic silver paint, topped with a high-gloss shine. To further elevate the design, a transparent vinyl with the client’s logo covered the entire front facade. Inside, a custom 12-foot desk offered ample workspace, accommodating a 24” monitor, keyboard, mini fridge, and seating for three. The interior also included two custom TV floor stands to display 75” TV vertically.

INSTALLATION

Everything was built in our Los Angeles shop. The wall panels and planters were wrapped and transported on wall dollies to ensure protection of the paint. The 12-foot desk was transported on a custom dolly. We professionally installed the booth at the Anaheim Convention Center and also handled breakdown.
