Custom Booth for OfflineTV at Anime Expo

Here is a custom booth we built and installed for OfflineTV at Anime Expo 2022 which was taking place from July 1st to Jul 4th at the LA Convention Center in Los Angeles, California.

OfflineTV is a content creators group which booth featured exclusive merch, photo ops as well as Q&A, in partnership with McDonald’s.

PLANNING

Our client’s booth design had been in the works for months, aiming to showcase the creators’ fun offerings in an anime environment.

BUILDING THE DISPLAY

RCS Custom Exhibits created several branded walls and backgrounds. The centerpiece was a backdrop framed by an artificial hedge featuring OfflineTV and McDonald’s logos. It was complemented by a small red carpet and red velvet ropes used for photos and Q&A. Another printed wall was used to hang merch including tees and hoodies. A backwall featured oversized anime versions of the content creators, with a built-in LED screen on the side.

INSTALLATION

Our team transported everything from our warehouse to the nearby Los Angeles Convention Center. We professionally installed the exhibit and also handled breakdown.

The project, from construction to installation, took about 4 weeks.
