Merge Awards Stage Construction and Installation

Here is an installation for the 13th Merge Awards which were taking place on November 5, 2022 at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills.

We were proud to collaborate with the the Merge Awards which celebrate Black excellence in ministry, entertainment and corporate America.

RCS Custom Exhibits built the stage for the awards ceremony including both the illuminated stage background and flooring (check out the pictures and video below).

Stage flooring was made of a half circle 24’ x 24’ black mirror floor.
The stage background was fully printed with LED lights. It featured 4 curved printed panels with pink LED lights plus flashing LED lights on the front.
Flowers were then added to the M logo.

We handled transportation, onsite construction and breakdown:

Our team of engineers and craftsmen custom built and printed the panels at our custom shop in Los Angeles.
We then transported everything to the Beverly Wilshire Hotel before the event and assembled the entire stage on location.
