Trade Show Booth for Koddi at Groceryshop 2023

Here’s a look at a trade show booth we custom built and installed for Koddi at Groceryshop 2023.

Bringing together grocery & CPG professionals, the expo was taking place from Tuesday, September 19th, to Thursday, September 21st, 2023, at the at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV.

PLANNING

Our client, creative agency Rooted Creative, needed to create an exhibit for commerce media technology company Koddi. Their goal was to showcase how in-store advertising influences buying behavior. Working in collaboration with their team and using their 3D blueprint, we custom built a booth designed to resemble a real grocery aisle and create an immersive shopping experience.

BUILDING THE DISPLAY

The 20’ x 10’ booth included:

branded exhibit wall flats painted on the back while the front was set up to hold two backlit monitors, shelves, a vinyl printed Koddi logo and bottle patterns.
branded vinyl flooring.
a custom desk with LED lighting
grocery display gondolas holding the bottles of hot sauce that would be used for the experiment.
2 storage cabinets.

INSTALLATION

Everything was built in our Los Angeles shop, transported and professionally installed by our team at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center in Las Vegas. We also handled breakdown.
