Custom Trade Show Booth for Ethique at Natural Products Expo West 2024

Here’s a look at a trade show booth we custom built and installed for Ethique at Natural Products Expo West 2024.

Organized by Informa Markets, this leading trade show for the natural, organic, and healthy products industry was taking place from Tuesday, March 12 to Saturday, March 16, 2024 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.

PLANNING
Based in New Zealand, the environmentally friendly cosmetics company Ethique, was in urgent need of a booth to be fabricated in time for the convention. It consisted of 6 faux shower stalls with product display counters, a storage room, return walls, with shelves, a desk, enlarged replicas of their product boxes as well as product glorifiers.

BUILDING THE DISPLAY

The wall structure, return walls, storage room, and faux shower stalls were made of double sided wall flats. One side was covered with custom vinyl tile graphics. A floating counter and
floating shelves were added to the return walls. The enlarged product replicas were made of direct print foam core. Signage above the shower curtains were made with direct print PVC.
The base of the product glorifiers was made of wood with custom grooves to fit direct to print acrylic product descriptions.

INSTALLATION

Everything was built in our Los Angeles shop. All the wall flats were made with access panels for easy transportation and installation. We delivered and professionally installed the booth at the Anaheim Convention Center. We assembled the exhibit on site, including setting up shower heads, curtains, applying vinyl decals showcasing our client’s logos and products, hanging signage with fishing line to create a floating effect. We also handled breakdown.
